Show toast notification. Supports simple string or detailed config table.
Parameters
`msg` (string) — toast message, OR
`config` (table) — {text, duration, position, color, bg, bg_alpha, font_size, corner, border_color, border_width, shadow, x, y}
- position: 'top'/'center'/'bottom' (default)
- color/bg: hex int (0xRRGGBB)
- shadow: bool, x/y overrides position
